Criminal Defense & Traffic Law

Attorney Bradley Schnur was a Prosecutor in Brooklyn, New York.  Our office handles misdemeanor criminal matters and traffic violations cases throughout the New York metropolitan area, including Nassau County, Suffolk County and Queens.

Town & Village Code Violations

In the various towns and villages of Nassau County and Suffolk County, Code Violations are enforced by the Fire Marshal, Town Inspectors and/or Code Enforcement Officers.

If you have received a summons to appear in the Village or District Court based on a Code Violation, you will need to appear in Court.  While you can address many of these issues on your own (except in the case of a Corporation, which must be represented by counsel), a more advantageous disposition is generally obtained when you are represented by an attorney.

Civil Litigation & Arbitration

We represent our clients in various State and Federal courts and other venues including FINRA Dispute Resolution prosecuting claims against others as well as defending claims brought against our clients.

 

Immigration Related Applications

We assist individuals who are seeking immigration benefits through the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS).  Our services include preparing and monitoring applications for permanent residence (“Green Cards”), Work Permits and Naturalization.
