On August 27, 2020 a FINRA Arbitrator awarded our client, located in California, a monetary award of $97,292.27 plus punitive damages against two brokers in FINRA Dispute Resolution Case 20-00470. The causes of action in the claim included unsuitability, over-concentration, and commission abuse in the brokerage account. A copy of the Award can be found here.
