• Corporate / Business Practices - Our firm works on several of the sophisticated legal issues and practical problems facing small business as well as large business. We advise our clients in business transactions of every kind and specialize in representing the interests of entrepreneurial business organizations, such as start-up companies, small companies, mid-size companies, family-owned businesses, and large organizations. We also assist clients in formation and business planning in deciding whether they want to operate as a closely held business, limited liability company, partnership, or corporation.
  
  
• Real Estate - We represent both commercial clients and individuals in proceedings and transactions that deal with real property, land and the structures attached to it, including purchase and sale, construction, mortgages and foreclosures, leases, zoning, title examinations, closings, and management. We work closely with buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, and tenants. Our firm has the privilege of having a licensed real estate broker on staff.
  
  
• Immigration - We represent clients before the U.S. Citizen and Immigration Service and provide guidance in matters relative to immigration, naturalization, visas, citizenship, asylum, employment, and deportation. We offer assistance with work visas, H1B visas, tourist visas, student visas, family visas, and fiancé visas. Our firm also has foreign language capability.
  
  
• Wills & Estate Planning - Our firm assists with preparation of wills, trusts, living wills, powers of attorney, and other elder law issues. We handle a variety of estate planning matters, including planning for the distribution of an individual's property at his or her death and taking into account wills, taxes, insurance, property, and trusts so as to gain the maximum benefit of all laws, while, at the same time, carrying out the deceased person's wishes.
  

• Bankruptcy - We assist our personal and small business clients in assessing their credit issues including devising payment plans to creditors or the filing of a bankruptcy petition under Chapters 7, 11 or 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.
  
  
• Personal Injury - We counsel our clients who have sustained serious injury through the negligence or misconduct of another person or business.
  
  
• Criminal & Traffic Law - We handle criminal and traffic cases ranging from minor infractions and misdemeanors to felony offenses. We also represent clients for vehicle and traffic offenses including DUI, DWI, and parking tickets. Our firm assists clients facing charges of drug possession, theft and grand larceny, white-collar fraud, and embezzlement.
